Unjust competition on the telecommunication facilities market

Everybody must realize that a minute consists of sixty seconds. But lately one of the IDT companies announced that a lot of corporations, which sell phone cards, propose just 36 seconds instead of 60. According to the statement done by some IDT corporation, lots of calling card companies are become a party in unfair competition. IDT/UTA (Union Telecard Alliance) corporation decided to sue the different companies-providers of prepaid phone cards for the unfair rivalry conditions on a phone services market.

According to IDT press survey, some of their rivals just provide 60 percent of the advertised minutes to the consumer. Recently Total Call International and IDT/UTA was charged with illegitimate actions by the group of telephone companies which comprised IDT Telecom Inc. and LLC. That is the fourth group of accused which have resolved the litigation commenced by IDT/UTA. Another settling accused companies today are Epana Networks, Inc., Dollar Phone Corp. and connected corporations, and Locus Telecommunications, Inc. IDT/UTA's lawsuit versus the remaining accused is still persisting in federal tribunal in Newark, New Jersey. If you want to create the successful website you should add some attractive components there. Other nice feature is the high speed of loading of the pages inside the website. I decided that I need a web menu. The flash menu may solve even two problems: to make the site more pleasant and to make the navigation system more understandable. A flash menu should not be very big in terms of kilobytes.

At first I decided that creating a flash menu might require effort. I understood that my experience wouldn't be enough to create the site and I didn't want to flash become more than hobby for me.
