Unjust competition on the telecommunication facilities market

Recently Total Call International and IDT/UTA was charged with illegitimate actions by the group of telephone companies which comprised IDT Telecom Inc. and LLC. That is the fourth group of accused which have resolved the litigation commenced by IDT/UTA. Another settling accused companies today are Epana Networks, Inc., Dollar Phone Corp. and connected corporations, and Locus Telecommunications, Inc. IDT/UTA's lawsuit versus the remaining accused is still persisting in federal tribunal in Newark, New Jersey.
